Technical requirements for the purchase of the plasma arc cutting installation:
· Reinforced design of the cutting worktable with a separate portal for processing thick metal up to 150 mm. Worktable size is 1500*6000.
· 24-hour operation liquid cooling industrial plasma source with Hypertherm source or equivalent. Cutting metal thickness is 50 and burning is 50 mm. Aluminum sheet thickness is 40 mm.
· Separate cutting workable and portal location to eliminate the possibility of the influencing the geometry of the portal when loading thick sheets of metal.
· Simple software in Russian.
· Metal level monitoring system that will make it possible to cut metal of any thickness limited by the specifications of the plasma source.
· Gas cutting on a separate guide axis.
