Устройство предназначено для отдачи дренажной жилы в виде пучка проволок или скрученных стренг с барабана стандарта DIN с диаметром щеки 630 мм. Установка полного и снятие барабанов осуществляется только в ручном режиме оператором с полной остановкой линии посредством механического устройства загрузки барабана
С барабана пучок проволок протягивается через ролик компенсатора и затем проходит через один из керамических глазков. Роль компенсатора – согласование скорости схода пучка проволок с отдающего устройства со скоростью скрутки токопроводящей жилы.
